Bath and Dry appointments are perfect for pets who have had a full groom within the last 4 weeks but have gotten themselves dirty (maybe by rolling in mud!).
Bath and Tidy appointments are ideal for pets who want to keep their current style but just need the sanitary areas to be clipped. Additionally, we would also recommend dogs with a naturally short coat (for example, a pug) to book in for this type of appointment.
Full Groom appointments should be booked if your pet has not had a groom within the last 4-6 weeks, their fur has grown out or want to try out a new look. Dogs with drop coats or curly coats (like a shih tzu or a cavoodle) should book in for this type of appointment.
Full Groom and Brush Out appointments should be booked for pets who have not been groomed within the last 4-6 weeks and have a very fluffy coat (like a pomeranian or a japanese spitz). The full groom will include a de-shedding treatment as well as a thorough brushing to remove shedded fur.

Usually, when a dogs nails are freshly cut, it tends to have rougher and sharper edges. This can mean that they may scratch skin or other surfaces a bit easier until the nail edges natural wear down.
For owners that prefer to have the nail edges to be smooth immediately after the groom, we offer a service where we will use a nail grinder to dull the tips and edges, reducing the likelihood of scratches.
This add on is purely for the individual owner's preference.
Ear Plucking
Our groomers do not do ear plucking as it can cause irritation or infections within the ear canal. However, we will clean the ear leather and trim any excess fur coming out of the ear canal.
Anal Gland Expression
Our groomers do not provide this service. Generally, if your dogs nutritional needs are being met, they will express themselves while toileting and should not need any human intervention at all.
If you're noticing that your dog is scooting its' bum or leaving marks where they sit, it may be a sign that the anal gland are full. This can be due to:
Your dog's poop are too soft to push against the glands.
Your dog is constipated.
Health concerns
In these cases, we would recommend a trip to the vet to make sure your dog is healthy.
